Q4 2026 · Private operations program · By application
Most people don’t have a business.
They have a profitable ad campaign.
I’m Nicolò. I’m 23, and I run an e-commerce operation doing $250,000 a day — €20–30,000 of which keeps arriving with the ads switched off. That difference is a machine. Over Q4, I install it in your company.
On set — the Evolve podcast, 2026
An ad campaign dies with the account.
A business doesn’t.
Watch what happens when a “seven-figure brand” loses its ad account: revenue to zero overnight, founder in panic mode. If your revenue would go to zero the day Google sneezes, you rent your business from an ad platform.
The ad campaign
One platform decision away from zero. All growth, no floor — and the founder finds out which one he owns at 3 a.m., via email.
The business
Retention, reviews, email, product, a team that executes — the boring layer keeps selling on its own. Mine does €20–30k a day of it.

The machine behind the ads.
I’m not a media buyer. I won’t open your ad account, and I have no opinion on your CPCs — if you’re shopping for a better ROAS, close this page. What I sell is everything the ads sit on top of. Less exciting to talk about, and the only part that’s actually yours.

The offer · October — December
What gets installed.
Not a course. Not a community. One quarter of implementation inside your company — in this order.
The operational teardown — before the quarter starts
You send your P&L, inventory position, support metrics, org chart and current tool spend. I return a written breakdown of exactly where you’re leaking money — every leak ranked in euros, biggest first. The quarter is then spent closing the list, not discovering it.
Covered by the guarantee belowThe AI operations dashboard
Shopify, customer support, email and financial data unified in one place — one screen that tells you the truth about yesterday, every morning.
AI demand forecasting
Processes your lookbook images, triangulates them against market signal, outputs seasonal buy quantities and inventory turns. Less cash parked in stock, without raising stockout risk.
Support evaluation system
An AI sub-agent scores every ticket on complexity, agent kindness and real workload — performance measured on quality, not on how fast tabs get closed.
Support training
Your team, trained on the standard that keeps ~20,000 customers rating the experience 4.7 — at $250k/day of order volume.
Support SOPs, written for your brand
Not templates. My team drafts them around your products, policies and tone — I review every one before it ships.
The Trustpilot system
The review flywheel behind the 4.7 — installed on your store, feeding the organic layer that keeps selling when ads don’t.
Mission, vision, operating principles
Culture work — the part everyone skips and then pays for in churn, rehiring and founder-dependence. We write it down and make it operational.
Calls with me
A defined number across the quarter — booked when you actually need them, not on a fixed weekly schedule that turns into status theatre.
A direct line
Defined DM access with a stated response window. Not “24/7 access” — a real commitment I can honour while running my own companies.
Installation, by my developer
Everything above installed in your stack by the developer who built it — at implementation cost. The code exists; you pay for integration, not development.
The teardown pays for the seat,
or the seat is free.
If the written teardown doesn’t identify more annualised profit opportunity than the fee, I refund the full €15,000 — and you keep the document. At $500k+/month the leaks are always bigger than the fee. Finding them is the easy part; the quarter exists to close them.
The floor: $500k a month.
It’s a filter, not a flex. Every system here assumes volume — real ticket flow, real inventory positions, a real team. Below the floor you’d be paying for machinery you can’t feed yet. If that’s not you this quarter, don’t apply. This page isn’t going anywhere.
Three seats. €15,000 each.
October through December.
Three, because I run my own companies full-time and three is the number I can serve properly. That’s the whole scarcity story — I won’t mention it again.
Application
Three questions.
Answer like an operator.
No essays, no “tell me about your why.” Numbers and plain language are enough — I read every application myself, and you’ll hear back either way.
If it reads like a fit, the next step is one call, booked directly in my calendar.
Application received.
I read these myself, so give it a little time. If it reads like a fit, your next step is a single call — book it directly in my calendar below.
Book the callQuestions people actually ask.
Why won’t you name the brand?
Because the brand doesn’t need the attention and I don’t need the copycats. Keeping it anonymous is an operational decision like any other on this page. You’ll see the machine from the inside — the systems, the data, the SOPs — which is worth more than a store name you could screenshot.
Will you at least look at my ad account?
No. Not as a favour, not “just quickly.” I’m not a media buyer, and pretending otherwise for €15k would make everything else on this page less true.
I’m at $300k/month. Can I apply anyway?
Not this quarter. The floor isn’t a negotiating position — the systems assume volume you don’t have yet. Keep the page bookmarked and come back when you’ve crossed it.
What does “implementation cost” mean, exactly?
The software already exists and runs in production. My developer installs and adapts it to your stack, and you pay for his integration time — not for building anything from scratch, and with no margin added by me. Exact scope depends on your stack and gets defined at the teardown.
When does it start?
The teardown happens in September, before the quarter begins — so October starts with a map, not a discovery phase. The program runs October through December: Q4, at full volume, when the systems matter most.
I work with real people, to deliver real results.
Nothing here makes you rich by Friday. What it builds is the version of your company that’s still standing — and still selling — the morning after an account ban. That’s the only kind of rich I know how to help with.
If that’s what you’re building, apply.
